Abstract

本发明公开了一种多联机系统及其过冷回路的阀体控制方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:当多联机系统以主制冷模式运行时,根据第一节流阀的阀前压力与阀后压力之间的压力差判断是否存在制热室内机发生存液;如果存在,则将制热室内机中的节流阀调节至最大开度,并根据第一换热组件的第二换热流路的出口过热度和第一出口目标过热度判断是否对第二节流阀进行开度调大控制;如果进行开度调大控制,则根据压缩机的排气过热度判断是否对第一出口目标过热度进行修正;根据修正后的第一出口目标过热度对第二节流阀的开度进行调节以防止制热室内机存液。该方法通过调整第二节流阀的开度将制热室内机中的存液快速排出,从而保证制热室内机正常工作。
The invention discloses a multi-split system and a valve body control method for a supercooling loop of the multi-split system. The method comprises the following steps that when the multi-split system operates in a main refrigerating mode, whether liquid is stored in a heating indoor unit or not is judged according to the pressure difference between the upstream pressure and the downstream pressure of a first throttling valve; if yes, a throttling valve in the heating indoor unit is adjusted to the highest opening degree, and whether the opening degree of a second throttling valve needs to be turned up or not is judged according to the superheat degree of an outlet of a second heat exchange flow path and a first outlet target superheat degree of a first heat exchange assembly; if yes, whether the first outlet target superheat degree needs to be corrected or not is judged according to the superheat degree of exhaust gas of a compressor; and the opening degree of the second throttling valve is adjusted according to the corrected first outlet target superheat degree so as to prevent the heating indoor unit from storing liquid. The liquid stored in the heating indoor unit is rapidly drained by adjusting the opening degree of the second throttling valve, so that normal work of the heating indoor unit is ensured.
