本发明公开了一种可吸附有害气体纺粘非织造布及其制备方法,该可吸附有害气体纺粘非织造布,由以下按照质量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯80‑90份、高吸附母料10‑20份、偶联剂1‑2份、分散剂1‑2份、抗氧剂0.1‑0.2份。按质量份数将各原料投入高速混合机中混合搅拌均匀;将混合料投入到纺粘非织造设备中,经熔融挤出、侧风冷却、狭缝气流牵伸、铺网、热轧加固即得。本发明将含有合成多孔硅酸钙的高吸附母料添加在聚丙烯纺粘非织造布中,制得的非织造布不仅保留了过滤性能好、铺网均匀、克重稳定、表面光泽度好等优点,而且对甲醛、苯和二甲苯等有害气体具有一定吸附能力。
The invention discloses a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric capable of adsorbing harmful gases and a preparation method thereof. The spun-bonded nonwoven fabric is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 to 90 parts of polypropylene, 10 to 20 parts of high adsorption master batch, 1 to 2 parts of coupling agent, 1 to 2 parts of dispersing agent and 0.1 to 0.2 part of antioxidant. The preparation method comprises the steps of: placing various raw materials into a high-speed mixer according to the mass weight, and uniformly mixing and stirring the raw materials to obtain a mixture; placing the mixture into a spun-bonded nonweaving device, melting, extruding, crosswind cooling, stretching by slit airflow, laying, hot rolling and reinforcing. The high adsorption master batch containing synthetic porous calcium silicate is added into the polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, so that the prepared nonwoven fabric not only has the advantages of good filter performance, uniformity in laying, stability in gram weight, good surface glossiness and the like, but also has certain adsorption capacity for harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene and xylene.
