Abstract

The invention discloses a nanometer aluminum oxide modified butadiene styrene rubber heat-insulation waterproof coating which is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of butadiene styrene rubber emulsion, 8-10 parts of chloroprene rubber emulsion, 15-20 parts of hydroxyethyl methylacrylate, 8-10 parts of alkyl resorcinol formaldehyde resin, 1-2 parts of hexakis methoxymethyl melamine, 5-8 parts of nanometer aluminum oxide, 30-35 parts of ethyl alcohol, 3-4 parts of silane coupling agent KH5700, 5-6 parts of methyl polyoxyethylene ether, 3-4 parts of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 0.5-1 part of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, 1-2 parts of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 8-10 parts of hollow glass beads and an appropriate amount of deionized water. The heat-insulation waterproof coating is low in manufacturing cost, has the good heat insulation effect and lighting degree, and is easy and convenient to construct and good in application prospect.
一种纳米氧化铝改性的丁苯橡胶的隔热防水涂料,由如下重量份的原料制成:丁苯橡胶乳液100份、氯丁橡胶乳液8‑10份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯15‑20份、烷基间苯二酚甲醛树脂8‑10份、六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺1‑2份、纳米氧化铝5‑8份、乙醇30‑35份、硅烷偶联剂KH5700 3‑4份、甲基聚氧乙烯醚5‑6份、2‑氨基‑2‑甲基‑1‑丙醇3‑4份、1,2‑苯并异噻唑啉‑3‑酮0.5‑1份、羟甲基纤维素1‑2份、空心玻璃微珠8‑10份、去离子水适量。本发明提供的隔热防水涂料,造价低廉、同时兼具良好隔热效果和采光度且施工简便,具有良好的应用前景。
