本发明涉及一种焊接工装,具体指一种发动机前横梁焊接工装,发动机前横梁包括角钢,角钢包括第一折边和与之垂直的第二折边,第一折边的内侧面上焊接固定有Z型锁挡板,第一折边的内侧面上还开设有通孔,第二折边的外侧面上焊接固定有与第二折边的外侧面垂直的U型折弯件,焊接工装包括有底板,底板上焊接有折弯直角托架和垫高块,折弯直角托架包括主折边和垂直于主折边的副折边,主折边垂直焊接于底板的上端面,副折边与底板平行;底板上还开设有若干规则排列的定位通孔,定位通孔内设有定位螺栓;本发明极大提高了发动机前横梁的加工精度和工作效率。
The invention relates to a welding tool and particularly relates to a welding tool for a front beam of an engine. The front beam of the engine comprises angle iron which comprises a first edgefold and a second edgefold vertical to the first edgefold, wherein a Z-shaped lock baffle plate is welded and fixed on the inner side face of the first edgefold; a through hole is further formed on the inner side face of the second edgefold; a U-shaped bended piece which is perpendicular to the outer side face of the second edgefold is welded and fixed on the outer side face of the second edgefold; the welding tool comprises a bottom plate, a bended right-angled bracket and an elevated block are welded on the bottom plate, the bended right-angled bracket comprises a main edgefold and an auxiliary edgefold which is perpendicular to the main edgefold, the main edgefold is perpendicularly welded to the upper end face of the bottom plate, and the auxiliary edgefold is parallel to the bottom plate; a plurality of regularly formed positioning through holes are further formed on the bottom plate, and positioning bolts are arranged in the positioning through holes. The welding tool provided by the invention extremely improves the machining precision and the work efficiency of the front beam of the engine.
