Abstract

The invention discloses microwave dielectric ceramic powder, a preparation method thereof, a microwave dielectric ceramic and a microwave component. The microwave dielectric ceramic powder comprises powder which comprises the following components: barium carbonate (BaCO3), zinc oxide (ZnO), niobium oxide (Nb2O5), cobalt oxide (CoO), and gallium oxide (Ga2O3), wherein the weight ratio of barium carbonate to zinc oxide to niobium oxide to cobalt oxide to gallium oxide is 130 Kg to 5 Kg to 60 Kg to 10 Kg to 0.4 Kg. The microwave dielectric ceramic powder disclosed by the invention can have a higher Q value and a more stable temperature coefficient than an ordinary ceramic raw material with the dielectric constant of 34, and the QxFo [ceramic quality factor] is improved from 75000 to 90000 or more. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the microwave dielectric ceramic powder as well as the microwave dielectric ceramic and the microwave component which are made of the microwave dielectric ceramic powder.
本发明公开了微波介质陶瓷粉及其方法、微波介质陶瓷、微波元器件。微波介质陶瓷粉包括粉末,该粉末包括重量比为130Kg︰5Kg︰60Kg︰10Kg︰0.4Kg的碳酸钡BaCO3、氧化锌ZnO、氧化铌Nb2O5、氧化钴CoO、氧化镓Ga2O3。本发明能获得比一般介电常数为34的陶瓷原料更高的Q值及更稳定的温度系数,把QxFo[陶瓷品质因素]从75000提高到90000以上。本发明还公开该微波介质陶瓷粉的制备方法,应用该微波介质陶瓷粉的微波介质陶瓷与微波元器件。
