Abstract

本发明提出一种GIS机械故障振动检测系统及方法,属于GIS机械故障振动监测技术领域,该系统包括安装于GIS外壳的加速度传感器、信号处理单元、信号采集单元和上位机,本发明通过振动信号的频谱对GIS设备运行状态加以判定,可以第一时间判断出此种全封闭电力系统开关的工作状态,对电力系统安全运行与可靠供电有着十分重要的意义;上位机可以自动判断所接受信号是否为GIS设备外壳振动信号,可以自动处理低频干扰信号,保证了检测系统的工作效率;电力系统不同电压等级和不同声场厂商的GIS设备具有不同的外壳振动频谱特性,因此全面的数据库资源保证了可以适应各种应用环境的检测。
The invention, which belongs to the technical field of the GIS mechanical fault vibration monitoring, provides a detection system and method for GIS mechanical fault vibration. The system comprises an acceleration sensor, a signal processing unit, a signal acquisition unit and an upper computer, wherein the above-mentioned units are installed in a GIS housing. An operation state of a GIS device is determined based on a frequency spectrum of a vibration signal and thus the working state of the totally-enclosed power system switch can be determined at first time, so that the system and method have an important significance in secure operation and reliable power supply of the power system. The upper computer can determine whether a received signal is a vibration signal of a GIS device housing automatically and process a low-frequency interference signal automatically,, thereby guaranteeing the work efficiency of the detection system. GIS devices that have different voltage levels and are from different sound field manufacturers in the power system have different housing vibration spectral characteristics; and thus adaptation to detection of various application environments is guaranteed based on comprehensive database recourses.
