Abstract

本发明公开了一种壳聚糖‑藻酸盐纳米膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将固体凝胶浸入壳聚糖溶液中,然后取出,再浸入去离子水中,所述固体凝胶由明胶溶液凝固而成;(2)将步骤(1)浸入去离子水中的固体凝胶取出,浸入藻酸盐溶液中,然后取出,再浸入更换后的去离子水中;(3)重复步骤(1)和(2)10~20次后,将固体凝胶置于水中加热熔化,其中白色或淡黄色薄膜析出物,即为壳聚糖‑藻酸盐纳米膜。本发明通过温和的条件即可实现纳米膜与基底的分离,降低了分离过程对纳米膜的机械损伤,制作工艺简单,不涉及有机溶剂等毒性材料,保证了纳米膜良好的生物亲和力。
The invention discloses a preparation method of a chitosan-alginate nanofilm. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of: (1) soaking a solid gel into a chitosan solution, then taking the solid gel out, and immersing the solid gel into deionized water, wherein the solid gel is coagulated by a gelatin solution; (2) taking out the solid gel immersed in deionized water in step (1), immersing the solid gel into an alginate solution, then taking the solid gel out, and then immersing the solid gel into replaced deionized water; (3) repeating the steps (1) and (2) 10-20 times, placing the solid gel in water to conduct heating and melting to obtain a white or light yellow film precipitate, i.e. the chitosan-alginate nanofilm. Through mild conditions, the method provided by the invention can realize separation of the nanofilm from a base, and reduces mechanical damage to the nanofilm in a separation process. The making process is simple, does not involve organic solvent or other toxic materials, and ensures the nanofilm good biological affinity.
