The carrot tea beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of green tea, 6 to 10 parts of potato starch, 8 to 10 parts of corn starch, 2 to 4 parts of scaphium scaphigerum, 6 to 8 parts of carrot juice, 2 to 4 parts of sweet orange juice, 3 to 4 parts of root of kudzu vine, 6 to 7 parts of flatstem milkvetch seed, 4 to 5 parts of chenopodium seed, 2 to 4 parts of beautiful sweetgum fruit, 3 to 4 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 0.02 to 0.04 part of sodium ascorbate, 4 to 6 parts of sugarcane, 0.05 to 0.08 part of citric acid, 1 to 3 parts of dried skim milk, and a proper amount of pure water.
