Under a cellular communication configuration, a D2D (Device-to-Device) user and a cell user coexist and the D2D user is allowed to use multichannel communication. The invention belongs to the wireless communication technology field. Under a D2D communication mode, parts of the users which are close to each other can directly transmit data to carry out communication. D2D communication under a cellular network configuration is regarded as an important technology means for increasing wireless area frequency spectrum efficiency. Because of existence of the D2D user, a communication environment becomes complex and an interference problem among the user is especially prominent. The invention firstly provides a feasible plan of realizing the D2D communication under the cellular network and then provides a power distribution strategy in which a traditional cell user and the D2D user can use multiple channels, and the plan and the strategy are suitable for being applied in wireless mobile communication.
